Chad Darr, Associated Bank

Chad Darr, a relationship manager with Associated Bank in Minneapolis, was named lead financial planner with the Private Client and Institutional Services division. In his expanded role, he continues efforts to drive growth in the market and integrate goal-based financial planning and investing throughout the Minnesota market. Darr joined Associated in April 2011.

Gary Gehm, Associated Bank

Gary Gehm joined Associated Bank's Private Client Services group as a senior client adviser in Chicago. He was previously with PNC Bank, where he served as a senior relationship manager for more than five years, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Marleny Cheshier, BNY Mellon Wealth Management

Marleny Cheshier joined BNY Mellon Wealth Management as a senior wealth manager in Newport Beach, Calif. She was previously with Northern Trust, where she most recently served as a vice president and senior portfolio manager. Cheshier was with Northern Trust for 18 years.

Esteban Colon II joined BNY Mellon Wealth Management's New York and Northern New Jersey team as a wealth director. He was previously with PNC Private Bank, where he was a senior relationship manager in Ridgewood, N.J.

Rachele Bouchand joined the family office advisory for Ascent Private Capital Management, U.S. Bank's ultrahigh-net-worth wealth management unit, as a managing director in Seattle. She provides planning services, including risk management, customized reporting and information management coordination. Prior to joining Ascent, she was with Clark Nuber, a CPA and consulting firm based in Bellevue, Wash.

Matthew DeMarco, U.S. Bank

Matthew DeMarco joined U.S. Bank's Private Client Reserve high-net-worth unit in New York as a wealth management adviser. Prior to the Reserve, DeMarco was a senior private banker with BNY Mellon Wealth Management. He was with BNY Mellon for more than 23 years, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Robert Maglio, Webster Bank

Robert Maglio, a banker at Webster Private Bank, was promoted to senior portfolio manager. He has been with Webster since 2001, managing accounts for high-net-worth clients.

Prior to joining Webster, Maglio was a senior service specialist at The Hartford. He is based in Hartford, Conn.
