Tracy Foss, Associated Bank

Tracy Foss, formerly a senior client adviser with Associated Bank, was promoted to market leader of the Private Client and Institutional Services group in Milwaukee. She is responsible for leading business development activities and leveraging the bank's brand presence in the Milwaukee market.

Rachel Brasso, BNY Mellon Wealth Management

Rachel Brasso joined BNY Mellon's San Francisco wealth management office as a senior wealth manager and fiduciary specialist. She works with high-net-worth clients, providing guidance on a range of tax and fiduciary matters, particularly in complex estate planning.

Prior to joining BNY Mellon in December 2016, Brasso spent more than four years at Bank of the West as a senior trust officer and trust manager in San Francisco, according to her LinkedIn profile. Prior to that, she served as a trust officer for Merrill Lynch.

Rohit Punyani, BNY Mellon Wealth Management

Rohit Punyani joined BNY Mellon's new wealth management office in Tysons Corner, Virginia, as a wealth manager. He was previously with investment adviser firm West Financial Services, where he served as a relationship manager for almost one year. Prior to that, he served as chief investment officer for multi-family office Pagnato Karp.

Tom Troxell, BNY Mellon Wealth Management

Tom Troxell, the former CEO of Washington, D.C., interior design firm Grace Thomas Designs and a former regional market manager at Citi Private Bank, joined BNY Mellon Wealth Management as a wealth director in the firm's new office in Tysons Corner, Virginia.

Robert Bridges, M&T Bank

Robert Bridges joined M&T Bank’s Wilmington Trust wealth advisory team as a senior investment adviser in New York. He works with high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners as well as foundations and endowments throughout the New York metropolitan region.

Prior to joining Wilmington Trust, Bridges was a senior portfolio manager at First Republic Bank.

Evan Kanarek, M&T Bank

Evan Kanarek joined M&T Bank’s Wilmington Trust wealth advisory office in New York as a senior private client adviser. He provides wealth management advice to high-net-worth clients throughout the company's Northeast region.

Prior to Wilmington Trust, Kanarek was a vice president in the Asset Management division of JPMorgan, where he oversaw portfolio management and wealth planning for clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Lisa Handley, U.S. Bank

Lisa Handley joined U.S. Bank’s Private Client Reserve high-net-worth unit as a wealth management adviser in Scottsdale, Arizona. Prior to joining the Reserve, Handley served as Arizona managing director and senior vice president for MidFirst Private Bank and senior private banker with Wells Fargo.

Cindy O'Sullivan, U.S. Bank

Cindy O'Sullivan, a former private banking relationship manager at U.S. Bank, was promoted to associate director of private banking for Ascent Private Capital Management, the bank's ultrahigh-net-worth unit. She is based in Seattle.

Prior to joining U.S. Bank in August 2012, O'Sullivan worked briefly for DeLille Cellars in fine wine sales and spent a total of almost 21 years with Boston Private Bank and Bank of America.
