For bank advisors looking to advance their careers, there’s no better news than a promotion or a new job offer. Here's the latest batch of bank reps who moved to new organizations or assumed roles of greater responsibility.

Darin Drennan, Arvest Bank

Darin Drennan, a former financial advisor with United Federal Credit Union, joined Arvest Bank's wealth management group as regional investment officer in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He works with high-net-worth clients in Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma on asset allocation, risk management, diversification and legacy planning.

Lisa Marcus, Northern Trust

Lisa Marcus joined Northern Trust as a senior wealth strategist. She is responsible for building and developing investment and trust relationships with individuals, families and foundations, with a particular focus on the ultrahigh-net-worth market in Greater New York and Florida.

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Marcus was with the Fiduciary Trust Company International for seven years as managing director and business development officer. She was responsible for providing intergenerational wealth services and addressing wealth and investment needs for global entrepreneurial and philanthropic families.

Harold Rhee, Union Bank

Harold Rhee, a former sales manager and coach with Fidelity Investments, joined Union Bank's wealth markets team in San Francisco as a wealth management consultant. In the newly created role, Rhee works with a group of private wealth advisors, private bankers and financial advisors to enhance customization of advisory services and financial products to affluent and ultrahigh-net-worth clients.

While at Fidelity, Rhee was a regional planning consultant, a role that involved coaching, training and supporting local sales representatives.

Matthew Elliott, U.S. Bank

Matthew Elliott joined the Private Wealth Management unit of U.S. Bank as a portfolio manager in Las Vegas. He provides clients with an integrated investment approach, offering asset allocation strategies and recommendations to help them work toward their goals.

Prior to joining U.S. Bank, Elliott was an investment manager with Wells Fargo in Scottsdale, Arizona, and an investment associate with Merrill Lynch.

Steve Kim, U.S. Bank

Steve Kim joined U.S. Bank Private Wealth Management as a private banker in Los Angeles. He serves as an advisor for the day-to-day management of his clients' financial activities. Kim was previously a private banker with Wells Fargo.

Jason Silberman, U.S. Bank

Jason Silberman joined U.S. Bank Private Wealth Management as a private wealth advisor in Los Angeles. He provides wealth management services to high-net-worth and ultrahigh-net-worth families, executives and private business owners.

Silberman was previously a financial advisor with Citi Personal Wealth Management in Santa Monica and a private banker with Union Bank in San Francisco.

Drew Stagg, U.S. Bank

Drew Stagg joined the Private Wealth Management unit of U.S. Bank as a private wealth advisor in Las Vegas. He provides wealth management services to high-net-worth and ultrahigh-net-worth families, executives and private business owners.

Stagg was previously a senior wealth planning strategist with Wells Fargo, a role he held for more than 10 years.

Robert Toomire, U.S. Bank

Robert Toomire, a senior financial advisor with U.S. Bancorp Wealth Management, joined the bank's private wealth management unit as a private wealth advisor in Los Angeles. He provides wealth management services to high-net-worth and ultrahigh-net-worth families, executives and private business owners.

Anthony Viducic, Wilmington Trust

Anthony Viducic, a former UBS wealth management consultant, joined Wilmington Trust as director of wealth and fiduciary planning for the New York metropolitan region. He is responsible for developing wealth planning strategies and financial plans for high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners.

Steven Wohlschlaeger, Woodforest National Bank

Steven Wohlschlaeger joined Woodforest National Bank as a financial advisor in The Woodlands, Texas. He was previously a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch.
