BNY Mellon has added a new member to its wealth management team in Pittsburgh.  Industry veteran Tom Hamilton joined the team as a wealth strategist to serve clients in Western Pennsylvania, Ohio and greater Chicago, BNY Mellon announced today.

Prior to joining BNY Mellon in May, Hamilton was a wealth advisor at Wells Fargo Bank and previously served as a director in the wealth group at Grant Thornton. He has 20 years of experience providing advice on U.S. and international tax planning, wealth preservation, and business creation and succession planning for wealthy U.S. and international families, according to BNY Mellon.

“We welcome Tom’s professional expertise and international perspective in helping us serve the complex wealth and investment planning needs of our clients,” Don Herberle, head of international and client segments at BNY Mellon Wealth Management, said in a statement.
