Investment Professionals Inc., a third-party marketing firm based in San Antonio, Texas, will provide investment and wealth management services to Eclipse Bank, a $135 million community bank based in Louisville, Kentucky.

IPI will provide the bank with a financial advisor as part of the investment program. The advisor, Samuel Morton, was selected after a thorough search process and will have a “wealth management team in San Antonio to back him up,” Amy Watson, assistant vice president and marketing services manager for IPI, said in an interview.

The bank decided to implement the investment program — its first — to provide “another value-add for clients,” Watson said. The program includes a full range of investment and wealth management services, including financial planning.

IPI is privately owned and provides an “open line of products,” Watson said.

Steve Stratton, president and CEO of Eclipse Bank, said in a statement: “IPI challenges the status quo by thinking and executing differently. The IPI program is thoroughly designed and easy to implement.”

IPI is an investment, insurance brokerage and asset management firm specializing in the on-site delivery of investment programs for financial institutions across the U.S.
