Scott Hoene, an assistant vice president with Associated Bank's Private Client & Institutional Trust Services in Milwaukee, was promoted to vice president, retirement plan services relationship manager. In his new role, he manages qualified retirement plans for corporate and non-profit clients.

Jesse Nelson, Associated Bank

Jesse Nelson joined Associated Bank's Private Client Services division in Neenah, Wis., as vice president, personal trust relationship manager. He is responsible for investment and retirement planning. Nelson was previously with Schenck Investment Solutions, where he served as investment manager for more than nine years.

Keith Peters, Associated Bank

Keith Peters joined the Private Client Services division of Associated Bank as vice president, personal trust relationship manager in Neenah, Wis. He is responsible for providing financial planning services to prospects and clients. Prior to joining Associated, Peters was a private wealth manager with Paul Hoffman and Co.

Jeremy Kovacs, BNY Mellon Wealth Management

Jeremy Kovacs, a portfolio manager for BNY Mellon Wealth Management, was promoted to senior portfolio manager in the San Diego office. Before joined BNY Mellon in 2007, Kovacs was an investment management specialist with Wells Fargo.

Elaine Leach, BNY Mellon Wealth Management

Elaine Leach joined BNY Mellon Wealth Management as a wealth director in San Diego. She was previously the business development manager of TAG Family CFO Services, where she provided family accounting and personal finance services for high-net-worth clients.

Ryan Mitchell, BNY Mellon Wealth Management

Ryan Mitchell joined BNY Mellon's wealth management office in San Diego as an associate portfolio manager. He was previously an alternative investment consultant with the Private Client Group of Altegris Investments.

Lillian Peters, BNY Mellon Wealth Management

He was previously an executive director and portfolio manager with Van Kampen Investments/Morgan Stanley, where he managed several growth strategies and helped raise over a billion dollars in new assets.

Paul Lee, Northern Trust

Paul Lee joined Northern Trust's wealth advisory services group in Manhattan as a senior vice president and senior regional wealth advisor. Andy Fent, U.S. Bank

Andy Fent joined U.S. Bank's Private Client Reserve high-net-worth unit as a wealth management advisor in Kansas City. Mo. Prior to joining the Reserve, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Commerce Trust Co.

Jenna Guenther, U.S. Bank
