Steve Heimermann, Associated Bank

Steve Heimermann, a senior vice president with Associated Bank, was promoted to market leader for the Private Client Services group in Minneapolis. He is responsible for building and leading the Private Banking and Personal Trust teams, enhancing community engagement efforts and cross-selling services with partners in other units of the bank.

Doug Myers, Associated Bank

Doug Myers, a senior vice president with Associated Bank, was named market leader for the Private Client Services group in Chicago. He is responsible for building and leading the Private Banking and Personal Trust teams, enhancing community engagement efforts and cross-selling services with partners in other units of the bank.

Josh Smith, Associated Bank

Josh Smith, formerly a vice president with Associated Bank, was promoted to senior vice president and financial planning solutions manager with the bank's Private Client and Institutional Services division. In his new role, Smith manages the financial planning service delivery model for the division, including compliance oversight and delivery consistency. He also provides direction and support to portfolio managers as well as the trust, retirement plan services, private banking and brokerage groups.

Jason Wilke, Associated Bank

Jason Wilke, a regional trust manager with Associated Bank, was promoted to senior vice president and director of personal trust services with the bank's Private Client Services group. He leads the management teams for the personal trust business in all markets, focusing on development and growth strategies.

Todd Gautreaux, Red River Bank

Todd Gautreaux joined Red River Bank in Alexandra, La., as an investment advisor. He was previously an advisor with Capital One. (Cetera Financial Institutions is the third-party marketer for Red River Bank.)

Liz Deziel, U.S. Bank

Liz Deziel, formerly a private banking managing director with U.S. Bank's Private Client Reserve high-net-worth unit, was promoted to Twin Cities head of banking. In her new role, Deziel oversees all banking aspects of wealth management. She partners with the regional president, market leaders and banking managing directors to help enhance performance in loan and deposit production and revenue growth.

Scott Kaul, U.S. Bank

Scott Kaul, formerly a wealth management advisor for U.S. Bank's Private Client Reserve high-net-worth unit, moved up to the post of wealth management advisor managing director. In his new role, Kaul brings together teams of specialists to provide customized wealth management plans for high-net-worth clients. He is based in Minneapolis.

Emily Litznerski Foster, U.S. Bank

Emily Litznerski Foster joined the Private Client Reserve high-net-worth unit of U.S. Bank as a trust officer in Madison, Wis. She was previously an associate in trusts and estates with the law firm Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek.

Thomas Raisbeck, U.S. Bank

Thomas Raisbeck joined U.S. Bank's Private Client Reserve high-net-worth unit as a trust officer in Minneapolis. He was previously a general practice attorney with Eckberg Lammers Briggs, Wolff, & Vierling.

Daniel Wani, U.S. Bank

Daniel Wani joined U.S. Bank's Private Client Reserve high-net-worth unit as managing director of trust and wealth planning. He is based in Scottsdale, Ariz., and serves clients in the Phoenix, Las Vegas, San Diego and La Jolla, Calif., markets. Prior to the Reserve, Wani was a wealth planning strategist for Wells Fargo.

Jamie Wells, U.S. Bank

Jamie Wells, formerly associate director of wealth strategy and family office advisory for the Ascent Private Capital Management ultrahigh-net-worth unit of U.S. Bank, was named director of wealth planning for Ascent's Center for Wealth Impact in Denver. She will assist clients with wealth planning and provide guidance in areas such as philanthropy, stewardship and family governance.

Robert Zellers, U.S. Bank

Robert Zellers joined U.S. Bank's Private Client Reserve high-net-worth wealth management unit as a senior portfolio manager. He was previously a portfolio manager with BMO Private Bank and its predecessor organizations for 30 years.

Mark Fitzgerald, Wilmington Trust

Mark Fitzgerald joined Wilmington Trust as a senior private banker in South Central Pennsylvania. He coordinates deposit and lending services to high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners and executives in the Lancaster, York and Hanover markets. Prior to joining Wilmington Trust, Fitzgerald was a middle market relationship manager for Citizens Bank.
