For bank reps looking to advance their careers, there is no better news than a promotion or a new job offer. Here is a sampling of bank reps who were recently promoted or moved to new organizations to assume roles of greater responsibility.

Anthony Wilhelms, Associated Bank

Anthony Wilhelms joined Associated Bank as a private banking relationship manager for its Private Client Services group. He works closely with high-net-worth individuals, helping them manage their finances by providing customized depository, lending, investment and risk management services. He worked previously with JPMorgan Chase.

Tiffany Barbara, BNY Mellon

Tiffany Barbara joined BNY Mellon Wealth Management as a senior portfolio manager in Century City, Calif. She was previously a principal and senior client account manager at Bessemer Trust where she oversaw a team of client account managers and assets totaling more than $1 billion.

Rehan Chaudhry, BNY Mellon

Rehan Chaudhry joined BNY Mellon in Southern California as senior director for business development. He was previously with JPMorgan, where he served in various positions, most recently overseeing more than 50 high-net-worth client relationships.

Grace Russak, BNY Mellon

Grace Russak joined BNY Mellon in Southern California as senior director for business development. She previously served for 15 years with the Whittier Trust company, most recently as a senior vice president and director of the advisory services department and the art advisory services group.

Gil Ahrens, Citi Private Bank

Gil Ahrens joined Citi Private Bank in its Palo Alto, Calif., office as director and ultra high-net-worth private banker. He works closely with ultra wealthy clients in San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Ahrens joined Citi from JP Morgan, where he was most recently a director in the Private Wealth Management group working with venture capital and investment banking clients.

Randall Burkert, Northern Trust

Randall Burkert, a 20-year Goldman Sachs veteran, joined Northern Trust as managing director of Development for Personal Financial Services, the wealth management arm of the bank. He oversees new business development in the Northeast region, leading a team of seven wealth strategists.

Darius Gill, Northern Trust

Darius Gill was promoted to managing director of Northern Trust's Foundation & Institutional Advisors, the investment advisory and asset servicing group for middle-market non-profit institutions. He will oversee the growth of the business in the Central Region. He joined Northern Trust in 2007 as a senior portfolio manager.

Mary Martuscelli, U.S. Bank

Mary Martuscelli, a 33-year veteran of JP Morgan Chase, joined U.S. Bank as West Region president for The Private Client Reserve, the high-net-worth wealth management business of the bank. She is responsible for growing and managing all aspects of the business in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah and Colorado.

Joe Weidenbach, U.S. Bank

Joe Weidenbach joined U.S. Bank as Chicago market leader for The Private Client Reserve, the high-net-worth wealth management business of the bank. He leads a team of wealth management professionals providing investment management, private banking, trust and estate services and financial planning to wealthy clients in Chicago.

Daniel FitzPatrick, Webster Bank

Daniel FitzPatrick joined Webster Bank as executive vice president of Webster Private Bank. He will lead the team of bankers and financial advisors across the bank's four-state footprint in New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He was previously at BNY Mellon Wealth Management.
