For bank reps looking to advance their careers, there’s no better news than a promotion or a new job offer. Here’s a sampling of bank reps who were recently promoted or moved to new organizations to assume roles of greater responsibility.

Catherine Irby Arnold, BNY Mellon

Catherine “Cat” Irby Arnold joined BNY Mellon Wealth Management as senior director in Seattle and focuses on business development related to middle market mergers and acquisitions planning for businesses as well as trust services for multigenerational families. Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Irby Arnold was the Pacific Northwest team leader and private client advisor with The Private Bank of Union Bank in Seattle for six years. Before that, she was national sales and marketing manager of the managed asset group for McDonald Investments/Key Bank, also in Seattle.

Christopher Facka, BNY Mellon

Wells Fargo 13-year veteran Christopher Facka joined BNY Mellon’s wealth management team in West Palm Beach as a senior director for business development. At Wells Fargo, Facka most recently served as branch manager and financial advisor overseeing a team of nearly 40 in West Palm Beach.

Megan Gorman, BNY Mellon

Megan Gorman joined BNY Mellon Wealth Management as a senior sales director in San Francisco, focusing on the ultra-high-net-worth market in Northern California. Previously, she was vice president for financial counseling at Ayco Co., which is owned by Goldman Sachs.

Bill Jarry, BNY Mellon

Bill Jarry joined BNY Mellon Wealth Management as director of business development in Boston and works with ultra-high-net-worth wealth management clients in the greater Boston region. Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Jarry was a financial advisor with Bernstein Global Wealth Management from 2010 to 2013 and previously served for more than 11 years as a managing director with Provident Corporate Finance.

Shei Unger, BNY Mellon

Shei Unger joined BNY Mellon’s wealth management team in Dallas as sales director for the Texas region. He was previously president of boutique advisory firm Unger & Co. Commercial Capital, where he led efforts to provide credit and financial services to companies with more than $10 million in revenues. Prior to that, he was a senior private client advisor at U.S. Trust Private Wealth Management.


Sally Vega, U.S. Bank

Sally Vega joined U.S. Bank’s Private Client Reserve wealth management unit as a trust officer in Milwaukee. Before joining the Private Client Reserve, she was a trust officer for The PrivateBank in Milwaukee, where she advised affluent business executives, individuals and families about trusts. She has more than 16 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Beth Jackson, U.S. Trust

Beth Jackson joined U.S. Trust to lead a team of experts in investment management, wealth structuring, credit and banking in the Twin Cities market. Previously, she was president of Anchor Investments and Trust in Minneapolis. She has more than 30 years of experience in the high-net-worth wealth management business.
